NEWARK – The following people were indicted for felony offenses in Licking County Common Pleas Court.

Crystal L. Bricker, 34, last known address 24 Western Ave., Newark, was charged with one count each aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; and falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor.

On Dec. 30, Bricker was suspected of having methamphetamine and knowingly making a false statement or knowingly swearing or affirming the truth of a false statement previously made, with purpose to mislead a public official in performing the public official’s official function, according to the indictment.

Rebecca A. Booker, 34, last known address 3827 Wade Road, Columbus, was charged with two counts of possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies; and one count of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor.

On Jan. 29, 2018, Booker was suspected of having Buprenorphine, heroin, and drug paraphernalia, according to the indictment.

Jason C. Emory, 40, last known address 2745 Brewster Grove Road, Chandlersville, was charged with two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony and a fifth-degree felony.

On July 3, 2018 and Sept. 9, Emory was suspected of having methamphetamine, according to the indictment.

Shawn M. Gartner, 24, last known address 2220 Fallsburg Road NE, Newark, was charged with one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

On Dec. 18, 2017, Gartner was suspected of having methamphetamine, according to the indictment.

Christopher A. Alexander, 31, last known address 217 S. Williams St., Johnstown, was charged with two counts of having weapons under disability, both third-degree felonies.

On Feb. 3, Alexander was suspected of knowingly acquiring, having, carrying, or using any firearm or dangerous ordinance while under indictment for or having been convicted of a felony offense of violence, and any felony offense involving drugs, according to the indictment.

Rebekah J. Miller, 33, last known address 47 Western Ave., Newark, was charged with one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony; three counts of aggravated possession of drugs, all fifth-degree felonies; one count of possession of drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor; and one count of possessing drug abuse instruments, a second-degree misdemeanor.

On July 24, 2018, Miller was suspected of selling or offering to sell methamphetamine, on Oct. 14, Miller was suspected of having a fentanyl-related compound, methamphtetamine, Buprenorphine, and a hypodermic needle, and on Oct. 17, Miller was suspected of having methamphetamine, according to the indictment.

Nancy M. Lyke, 29, last known address 165 S. 2nd St., Newark, was charged with one count each forgery, a fourth-degree felony; receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony; tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; and possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

On Nov. 12, Lyke was suspected of forging a document and receiving, retaining, or disposing of another’s property while knowing or having reasonable cause to believe it was stolen; and on April 4, Lyke was suspected of tampering with evidence and having heroin, according to the indictment.

John W. Newcomb, 58, last known address 402 Andover St., Newark, was charged with one count each aggravated possession of drugs, a first-degree felony; aggravated trafficking in drugs, a first-degree felony; and having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony.

On May 31, Newcomb was suspected of having methamphetamine, distributing or preparing to distribute methamphetamine, and knowingly acquiring, having, carrying or using any firearm or dangerous violence while under indictment for or having been convicted of any felony offense involving drugs, according to the indictment.

Dione M. Fry, 47, last known address 452 Woods Ave., Newark, was charged with one count each aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; and falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor.

On April 9, Fry was suspected of having methamphetamine and knowingly making a false statement, knowingly swearing or affirming the truth of a false statement previously made with purpose to mislead a public official in performing the public official’s official function, according to the indictment.

Kevin W. Boerstler, 20, last known address 9665 Siddle Road, Nashport, was charged with one count each illegal conveyance of weapons, drugs or other prohibited items onto grounds of detention facility or institution, a third-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

On July 7, Boerstler was suspected of knowingly conveying or attempting to convey any deadly weapon or dangerous ordinance or any part of or ammunition for a deadly weapon or dangerous ordinance onto the grounds of a detention facility or of an institution, and having methamphetamine, according to the indictment.

Jeffery T. Davis, 30, last known address 161 Indianhead Dr., Heath, was charged with one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

On June 22, 2018, Davis was suspected of having methamphetamine, according to the indictment.

Joseph L. Grutsch, 34, last known address 507 Kibler Ave., Newark, was charged with one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

On July 6, Grutsch was suspected of having methamphetamine, according to the indictment.

Kyle T. Gartner, 32, last known address 175 S. 4th St., Newark, was charged with one count of illegal conveyance of weapons, drugs or other prohibited items onto grounds of detention facility or institution, a third-degree felony; three counts of theft, two fifth and one fourth-degree felonies; and one count of possession of drugs, a minor misdemeanor.

On July 10, Gartner was suspected of knowingly conveying or attempting to convey any part of or ammunition for a deadly weapon or dangerous ordinance or any deadly weapon or dangerous ordinance onto the grounds of a detention facility or of an institution, and stealing property or services, and having hashish, according to the indictment.

Zackery T. Gilardi, 22, last known address 1542 1/2 River Road, Granville, was charged with one count each trespass in a habitation, a fourth-degree felony; and criminal damaging, a first-degree misdemeanor.

On July 4, Gilardi was suspected of trespassing in a permanent or temporary habitation of any person when any person other than an accomplice of the offender is present or likely to be present, and causing or creating substantial risk of physical harm to any property of another without the person’s consent knowingly, and the violation created a risk of physical harm, according to the indictment.

Kelli A. Cox, 24, last known address 1492 Lancaster Ave., Reynoldsburg, was charged with one count each aggravated trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony; and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor.

On July 9, Cox was suspected of distributing or preparing to distribute methamphetamine, having methamphetamine, and having drug paraphernalia, according to the indictment.

Daniel J. Bricker, 19, last known address 955 Welshview Dr., Apartment B4, Newark, was charged with three counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, a second-degree felony and two fourth-degree felonies; and one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Between March 1 and May 30, Bricker was suspected of creating, recording, photographing, filming, developing, reproducing or publishing any material showing a minor participating or engaging in sexual activity; on June 26, Bricker was suspected of knowingly soliciting, receiving, purchasing, exchanging, possessing, or controlling any material that shows a minor participating or engaging in sexual activity; and between March 1 and June 26, Bricker was suspected of engaging in sexual conduct with under who was between 13 and 16-years-old, according to the indictment.

David S. Stage, 35, last known address 224 Williard St., Mankato, Minnesota, was charged with two counts of possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies.

On Sept. 22, Stage was suspected of having cocaine and Ketamine, according to the indictment.

Shae D. Phillips, 24, last known address 217 W. Elmwood Dr., Baltimore, was charged with one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

On Aug. 19, 2017, Phillips was suspected of having oxycodone, according to the indictment.

Jessica R. Wemer, 32, last known address 3800 Baltimore Somerset Road NE, Millersport, was charged with one count each aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies.

On Aug. 20, Wemer was suspected of having methamphetamine and buprenorphine, according to the indictment.

Brandon T. Morris, 21, last known address 8829 Easton Dr., Pickerington, was charged with one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

On Feb. 15, 2018, Morris was suspected of having Lisdexamfetamine, according to the indictment.
